摘 要:探究天然染料印度小叶紫檀的优化提取工艺和染色工艺。选用浸提法以递推方式依次确定优化条件,分析了提取料液比、乙醇用量、时间和温度对染料吸光度的影响,比较了浸提法染色和红外线染色时染色时间、温度、浴比、转速对棉织物K/S值的影响,测试了提取液染色纯棉织物的耐皂洗、耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明,印度小叶紫檀色素的优化提取工艺为:乙醇用量50%,温度60℃,时间45 min,料液比1∶10;浸提法染色优化工艺为:温度90℃,时间90 min,浴比1∶50;红外线染色优化工艺为:浴比1∶70,温度95℃,时间30 min,转速40 r/min;媒染可提高提取液对棉织物的染色性能,染色棉织物的耐皂洗、耐摩擦色牢度均达到国家标准及服用要求。The optimum extraction and dyeing process of natural dyestuff Indian lobular red sandalwood were explored.The optimal process was determined in turn by recursion using extraction method.The effects of the ratio of extraction material to liquid,ethanol dosage,time and temperature on dye absorbance were analyzed.The effects of dyeing time,temperature,bath ratio and rotation speed on K/S value of cotton fabric in extraction dyeing and infrared dyeing were compared.The soaping and rubbing color fastness of cotton fabric dyed with Indian lobular red sandalwood extraction were tested.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of pigment from Indian lobular red sandalwood was as follows:ethanol dosage 50%,temperature60℃,time 45 min,the ratio of material to liquid 1∶10.The optimal dyeing process of extraction method was as follows:temperature 90℃,time 90 min,bath ratio 1∶50.The optimal dyeing process for infrared dyeing was as follows:bath ratio 1∶70,temperature 95℃,time 30 min,rotation speed 40 r/min.The mordant dyeing could improve the dyeing performance of the extraction on cotton fabric.The color fastness to soaping and rubbing of dyed cotton fabric could meet the national standards and clothing requirements.
