摘　　要：基于知识基础理论,从生命周期视角出发,考察了企业在不同发展阶段外部知识异质性对突破式创新绩效的影响机理以及知识多元化在其中的调节效应。通过对中原城市群内314家高新技术企业的问卷调研发现:外部知识异质性对突破式创新绩效的影响因企业发展阶段而异。在成长期外部知识异质性负向影响突破式创新绩效;在成熟期和衰退期呈正相关影响,但影响程度逐渐减弱。另外,知识多元化在成长期正向调节外部知识异质性与突破式创新绩效间的相关性,在成熟期和衰退期则存在显著抑制作用,且抑制程度逐渐增强。Based on the knowledge-based theory and from the perspective of an enterprises' life cycle,this paper examines the mechanism that external knowledge heterogeneity at different stages of development affects breakthrough innovation performance and the moderating effect of knowledge diversification.Through a questionnaire survey of 314 high-tech enterprises in the Central Plains urban agglomeration,it finds that the impact of external knowledge heterogeneity on breakthrough innovation performance varies with the stage of enterprise development.The external knowledge heterogeneity negatively affects the breakthrough innovation performance during the growth period of the enterprise,and has a positive correlation during the maturity and decline period of the enterprise,but the degree of influence gradually weakens.In addition,knowledge diversification positively regulates the correlation between external knowledge heterogeneity and breakthrough innovation performance in the growth period of the enterprise,and it has a significant inhibitory effect in the maturity and recession period,and the degree of inhibition gradually increases.
