区域一体化对产业结构升级的影响——来自长三角扩容的经验证据

摘　　要：针对长三角2010年和2013年的连续两次扩容,运用双重差分方法评估了长三角扩容的产业结构升级效应,并讨论了其在原位城市与新进城市的异质性表现,最后通过多重中介效应检验分析了专业化分工与差异化分工在其中的机制作用。研究发现:长三角扩容显著促进了区域内产业结构升级,但其产业结构升级效应具有异质性,在原位城市表现突出,在新进城市表现尚不明显;作为内部作用机制,长三角扩容通过专业化分工与差异化分工均能有效推动产业结构升级,其中差异化分工的中介作用更为明显。This paper evaluates the effects of Yangtze River Delta expansions in 2010 and 2013 on industrial structure upgrading by difference-in-differences method. It further discusses its heterogeneity between the incumbent cities and the new cities. Lastly, it analyzes the mechanism roles of specialized division and differentiated division by multiple mediating effect test. The results show that Yangtze River Delta expansion has promoted industrial structure upgrading. And the upgrading effect has significant heterogeneity, which is outstanding in the incumbent cities, but not obvious in the new cities. Yangtze River Delta expansion can effectively promote industrial structure upgrading through both specialized division and differentiated division, while the mediating effect of differentiated division is more obvious.
