摘　　要：基于259份企业样本数据,检验了知识转移绩效在知识隐藏与新产品开发优势间的中介效应,并进一步对知识转移效率与效果在影响新产品开发速度与创新性时的相对有效性进行了证实。研究发现:知识隐藏对知识转移效率与效果均存在显著负向影响;知识转移效率与知识转移效果分别中介了知识隐藏与新产品开发速度及新产品创新性间的关系。同时,个人主义负向显著调节知识隐藏与知识转移效率与效果间关系;不确定性规避负向显著调节知识隐藏与知识转移效果间关系。Through empirical analysis of 259 questionnaires, this research focuses on the mediating effect of knowledge transfer performance between knowledge hiding and new product development(NPD) advantages, and further confirms the relative effectiveness of knowledge transfer efficiency and effectiveness in influencing the NPD speed and new product creativity(NPC) in NPD activities. It is found that knowledge hiding has a significant negative impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge transfer in NPD activities;knowledge transfer efficiency and knowledge transfer effectiveness mediate relationships between knowledge hiding and NPD speed and NPC respectively. At the same time, individualism negatively moderates the relationship between knowledge hiding and knowledge transfer efficiency and effectiveness;uncertainty avoidance negatively moderates the relationship between knowledge hiding and knowledge transfer effectiveness.
