摘　　要：脾胃学说是李杲《脾胃论》的核心思想,其理论价值之高,临床应用范围之广,对于现代中医临床仍具有极高的研究价值。姚乃礼教授在总结前人理论的基础上,结合自身经验在治疗脾胃系常见病肠易激综合征时极为重视固护脾胃,调理气机的升降,注重整体生理机能的恢复,因此其临床特色既不在单纯补益,又不在单纯祛邪,而是运用中药恢复脾胃自身的运化机能,则精微可生,邪气可祛,疾病自愈。Spleen and Stomach Theory is LI Gao’s core idea of spleen and stomach theory,in which thevalue of the theory is high,and the clinical application is extent.Spleen-stomach theory has high research value for modern Chinese medicine clinical still.Combine with the theory of predecessors,Professor YAO Naili always focus on protecting spleen and stomach,regulating the rise and fall of qi,and the recovery of the whole physical function.The clinical characteristics is not only to tonify the viscera,but also to expel evil spirits,and more importantly,the Chinese medicine can recover the spleen and stomach’s function of that is to transport the essence of water and grain,which can lead the essence grow,the evil qi expelled,and the illness heal.
