摘 要:试验旨在研究紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)、水稻秸秆与玉米干全酒糟(DDGS)混合青贮最适宜的乙酸浓度。将紫花苜蓿、水稻秸秆与玉米干全酒糟分别按80%、5%、15%的质量比例进行混合,设6个处理组,分别添加0,2,4,6,8,10 mL/kg乙酸添加剂进行混合青贮发酵,发酵30 d后开包取样,进行青贮营养成分和发酵品质的测定。结果表明:乙酸添加处理组与对照组相比,显著提高了粗蛋白含量,显著降低了pH值和乳酸含量,可溶性碳水化合物、中性和酸性洗涤纤维含量无显著差异,混合青贮的有氧稳定性随着乙酸浓度的增加而提高。当乙酸添加量为6 mL/kg时,混合青贮效果最佳。The experiment was conducted to study the optimum acetic acid concentration for mixed silage of alfafa,rice straw and distiller’s dried grain with solubles(corn)(DDGS). Alfalfa,rice straw and DDGS were mixed according to the mass ratio of 80%,5% and 15% respectively. Six treatment groups were set up,and 0,2,4,6,8 and 10 mL/kg acetic acid additive was added respectively for mixed silage fermentation. After 30 days of fermentation,the packages were opened for sampling,and the nutrients,fermentation quality and aerobic stability of silage were determined. Results showed that the acetic acid addition treatment significantly increased crude protein content,and significantly reduced pH and lactic acid content when compared with the control group. There was no significant difference between the acetic acid addition treatment and the control for the content of soluble carbohydrates,the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber. The aerobic stability of mixed silage increased with the increase of acetic acid concentration. The treatment of 6 mL/kg acetic acid had the best effect on mixed silage.
