益气聪明加减方干燥工艺优化研究

摘　　要：益气聪明加减方是在传统经方益气聪明汤基础上优选出的配方,为了对益气聪明加减方的干燥工艺条件进行优化,以总黄酮含量、总多糖含量以及集粉率等作为考察指标,并对喷雾干燥的进风温度、进料速率和固定床温度等关键参数进行了单因素分析,筛选适宜的干燥工艺。结果显示:该益气聪明加减方干燥的最优条件为喷雾干燥,进风温度为145~155℃、进料速率为10~12 L·h^-1、固定床温度为50~55℃。在此条件下的集粉率为67.70%、溶解度为86.62%、分散时间为85.0 s、吸湿率为4.34%、休止角为34.25°、堆积密度为0.525 g·mL^-1、含水量为3.15%;在上述结果的基础上,对进风温度、进料速率以及料液固形物含量进行了验证和优化,确定最适宜的干燥工艺如下:进风温度为148.5℃、进料速率为10.8 L·h^-1、料液固形物含量为17.53%。该工艺合理、可行,可在益气聪明加减方冲剂生产中应用。Yiqi Congming Decoction modified prescriptions is the optimized formula based on traditional classic prescription of Yiqi Congming Decoction. In order to optimize the drying process of Yiqi Congming Decoction modified prescritions, using content of total flavonoids, content of total polysaccharide and rate of collecting powder, etc. as evaluation indexes, and the key parameters of spray drying, such as air inlet temperature, feed rate and fixed bed temperature were analyzed by single factor test, and suitable drying process was selected. The results show that the best process for spray drying of Yiqi Congming Decoction modified prescriptions involved: inlet temperature is 145 ℃~155 ℃, feeding rate is 10 ~12 L·h-1, and fixed bed temperature is 50 ℃~55 ℃. Under the conditions, rate of collecting powder is 67.70 %, solubility is 86.62 %, dispersing time is 85.0 s, moisture absorption rate is 4.34 %, rest angle is 34.25°, accumulation density is 0.525 g·mL-1 and moisture content is 3.15%. And on the basis of aboved results, the three indexes of inlet air temperature, feeding rate and solid content of feeding liquid are verified and optimized, and the optimal drying process parameters of Yiqi Congming Decoction modified prescriptions involved: inlet air temperature of 148.5 ℃, feed rate of 10.8 L·h-1, material liquid solids content of 17.53% were determined. It is suggesting that the process is reasonable and feasible, and can be applied to pilot production of Yiqi Congming Decoction modified prescriptions.
