摘　　要：来曲唑为芳香化酶抑制剂(AIs),是雌激素依赖性乳腺癌和子宫内膜癌的内分泌治疗药物。本例患者为64岁妇女,于乳腺癌术后接受来曲唑治疗期间出现阴道出血,行诊断性刮宫术,病理结果示子宫内膜样腺癌。Letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor(AIs),an endocrine therapy drug for estrogen-dependent breast cancer and endometrial cancer.This patient is a 64-year-old woman who developed vaginal bleeding during letrozole treatment after breast cancer surgery.She was treated with diagnostic curettage.The pathological results showed endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
