甲硝唑芬布芬联合碘甘油在牙周炎治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的讨论甲硝唑芬布芬联合碘甘油在牙周炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月在郑州市第一人民医院接受牙周炎治疗的82例患者。通过随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组运用单一碘甘油疗法,观察组运用甲硝唑芬布芬与碘甘油联合疗法进行治疗。记录并比较两组的临床诊治有效性及牙龈发炎、牙龈红肿等不良反应的发生率,观察并比较两组的牙周附着水平、牙菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、牙龈探查出血指数。结果接受治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组临床诊治有效性超出17.07%(P <0.05);两组牙周附着水平、牙菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、牙龈探查出血指数等牙周指标水平均呈现明显的下降趋势,且观察组下降幅度更大(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论在牙周炎患者的临床治疗过程中,应用甲硝唑芬布芬、碘甘油联合疗法进行治疗有利于缓解患者的牙周症状,具有较高的治疗安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metronidazole fenbufen combined with iodine glycerol combination therapy on patients with periodontitis. Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent periodontitis diagnosis and treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January2018 to May 2019 were selected. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by digital random table,with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single iodine glycerol therapy,and the observation group was treated with metronidazole fenbufen and iodine glycerol.The effectiveness of clinical diagnosis and treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions such as gingival inflammation and gingival redness were recorded and compared. The periodontal adhesion level,plaque index, periodontal probing depth and gingival exploration blood index were observed and compared. Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the clinical diagnosis and treatment effectiveness of the observation group exceeded 17. 07%( P < 0. 05). The periodontal attachment level,plaque index,periodontal probing depth,gingival exploration blood index and the weekly index showed a significant downward trend in the two groups,and the decline of the observation group was greater( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusions In the clinical treatment of periodontitis patients,the combination therapy of metronidazole and fenbufen and iodine-glycerin therapy is beneficial to alleviate the patients’ periodontal symptoms and has high treatment safety.
