摘 要:某车型后减振器在整车冬季高寒适应性试验过程中出现储油缸筒壁油雾附着现象,造成漏油的假象,通过对减振器进行台架耐久、高温泄漏、低温冷冻及低温环境仓等台架试验和拆解分析确认,判断该现象为减振器高寒环境下油雾挥发冷凝导致。通过优化减振器油封结构设计,加大油封主唇的油面角度和调整主弹簧的力值占比,来提高油封密封能力,并经过台架试验和整车道路耐久试验解决了减振器渗油问题。试验结果验证了优化改善方案的有效性和可靠性。During the adaptability test of the vehicle in winter,the oil mist on the oil storage cylinder wall of the rear shock absorber adheres,which causes the false appearance of oil leakage.Through the bench test and dismantling analysis of the shock absorber such as bench durability,high-temperature leakage,low-temperature freezing and low-temperature environmental bin,it could be concluded that the phenomenon was caused by the oil mist evaporation and condensation when the shock absorber was working in the severe cold environment.By optimizing the oil seal design of shock absorber,increasing the oil surface angle of the main lip and adjusting the force ratio of the main spring,the sealing performance of the oil seal was improved,and the problem of shock absorber oil leakage was solved through bench test and vehicle road durability test.The test results verify the effectiveness and reliability of the optimization improvement scheme.
