脑卒中合并意识障碍应用醒脑静注射液治疗的观察

摘　　要：目的分析脑卒中合并意识障碍应用醒脑静注射液治疗的效果。方法选择脑卒中合并意识障碍患者共50例,数字表随机分两组每组25例,对照组的患者给予常规治疗联合纳洛酮治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上增加醒脑静注射液。比较两组意识恢复时间、住院时间、治疗前后患者Glasgow评分、总有效率、不良反应。结果观察组意识恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前二组患者Glasgow评分比较,P>0.05,治疗后1周,两组Glasgow评分均改善,且两组之间无显著的差异,P>0.05,而治疗后2周,观察组Glasgow评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗过程不良反应未见明显的差异,P>0.05。其中,对照组治疗过程,出现肝酶轻度升高的有2例,观察组有3例出现肝酶轻度上升,但均不影响两组的治疗,无需用药自动好转。结论常规药物联合醒脑静注射液对于脑卒中合并意识障碍的治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者的意识状态,缩短治疗时间,且安全性高,无严重副作用。Objective To analyze the effect of Xingnaojing Injection on cerebral apoplexy complicated with disturbance of consciousness.Methods A total of 50 stroke patients with disturbance of consciousness in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment combined with naloxone,while the observation group was added Xingnaojing Injection on the basis of conventional treatment.Consciousness recovery time,hospitalization time,Glasgow score,total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The consciousness recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,Glasgow score of the two groups was compared,P>0.05.After 1 week of treatment,the Glasgow score of the two groups was improved,and there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.However,after 2 weeks of treatment,the Glasgow score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Among them,there were 2 cases of slight increase in liver enzymes in the control group and 3 cases in the observation group during the treatment process,but they did not affect the treatment of the two groups,and they did not need medication to automatically improve.Conclusions Conventional medicine combined with Xingnaojing injection has definite therapeutic effect on cerebral apoplexy complicated with disturbance of consciousness,which can effectively improve the state of consciousness of patients,shorten the treatment time,and has high safety and no serious side effects,which is worthy of promotion and application.
