摘 要:立井中排水管由于膨胀力会使支撑水管的支座及其托管梁产生载荷变化,严重时会使上部支座脱离托管梁而失效,对井筒设备带来安全隐患,因此有必要对井筒排水管上部支座失效时各支座支撑力进行分析。通过理论分析得到了上部支座失效时各支座支撑力的计算公式,通过实例计算,得出当上部支座失效时,其他各支座支撑力增大,失效支座越多,其他各支座支撑力增加越大,上部首个有效支座支撑力增加较大,井底支座支撑力增加较小,其结果可为分析解决类似工程问题提供参考。The expansion force of drainage pipe in vertical well will cause load change of support pipe and its tube beam,and it will fail to make upper support out of tube beam at the worst condition,which brings safety hazard to shaft equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the support force of each support when the upper support of shaft drain pipe fails.Through theoretical analysis,the calculation formula of the support force of each support is obtained when the upper bearing fails.Through the calculation of an example,it is concluded that when the upper support fails,the support force of other bearings increases,the more the failure bearing,the greater the support force of other bearings,the larger the first effective support of upper part increases,and the support force of bottom hole support increases slightly.The results can be used to solve similar problems,which can provide reference for engineering problems.
