摘  要:目的探讨^131I治疗甲状腺癌工作场所的辐射防护设计,以使医用辐射安全得到有效保证。方法对我国现行使用^131I治疗甲状腺癌工作场所的辐射防护设计的防护情况、需要遵循的标准进行调研。结果将^131I治疗甲状腺癌工作场所的装备结构、室内表面、平面布局要求、放射性固体废物、废液、废气辐射防护设计要求、屏蔽设计推荐值、辐射防护设计需要遵循的各项标准列举出来。^131I治疗甲状腺癌第1天内,和患者相距1 m处的剂量率在施药活度为1MBq时为0.046μSv/h,和患者相距1 m处的剂量率在施药活度为8 000 MBq时为368μSv/h,运用半减弱厚度计算法将屏蔽设计推荐值获取过来,在此过程中严格依据不同区域停留人员的剂量率限值。结论依据中国现行相关标准要求能够将^131I治疗甲状腺癌工作场所的辐射防护设计获取过来。Objective To explore the radiation protection design of 131I treatment of thyroid cancer in the workplace,so as to effectively ensure the safety of medical radiation.Methods The current radiation protection design of the workplace using 131I to treat thyroid cancer was investigated and the standards were followed.Results The equipment structure,indoor surface,plane layout requirements,radiation protection design requirements for r adioact ive solid was te,was te l iquid and exhaus t gas,recommended shielding design values,and various standards to be followed for radiation protection design were listed.In the first day of 131I treatment for thyroid cancer,the dose rate was 0.046μSv/h when the activity was 1 MBq,and 368μSv/h when the activity was 8000 MBq.The recommended value of shielding design was obtained by semi weakening thickness calculation method.In this process,the limit value of dose rate was strictly based on the limit value of the resident in different areas.Conclusion According to the current Chinese standards,the radiation protection design of 131I treatment of thyroid cancer workplace can be obtained.
