摘　　要：目的了解远离市区某高校大学生人际适应性现状及其影响因素,为采取应对措施提供科学依据。方法采用年级1∶1∶1的分层随机抽样方法,运用大学生人际适应性量表对唐山市远离市区某高校的2997名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生人际适应性总分为36.09±8.246分,处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析显示,年级、性格、对专业满意度、晚上就寝时间、容易失眠、情绪低落、与父母关系融洽、与同学相处较好和手机网络成瘾是大学生人际适应性的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论远离市区某高校大学生人际适应性水平亟待提高,高校工作者在实施干预措施或健康教育时,应注意提高大学生的人际适应能力,促进其心理健康发展。Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of interpersonal adaptability of college students far away from the city and to provide scientific basis for implementing relevant interventions.MethodsA Total of 2997 college students from a university which located far away from Tangshan city were selected with the stratified random sampling method of grade 1∶1∶1 and investigated by college student interpersonal adaptability inventory to learn the current status of college student's interpersonal adaptability.Results The total score of college students interpersonal adaptability was 36.09±8.25,which was at medium level.The multivariable linear regression analysis demonstrated that grade,personality,professional satisfaction,bedtime at night,easy insomnia,depression,harmonious relationship with parents,good relationship with classmates and mobile internet addiction were the influencing factors of college students interpersonal adaptability(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of interpersonal adaptability of college students far from the city needs to be improved urgently.When implementing intervention measures or health education,college workers should pay attention to improving college students'interpersonal adaptability and promoting their mental health development.
