摘 要:针对微网运行时各分布式电源的出力特性以及电网电价对微网运行经济性的影响,构建以系统总运行成本最小为目标的优化模型,并提出计及电网电价的分时段微网能量管理策略.该策略以光伏电池和风机的出力为研究对象,从负荷需求以及微网经济效益出发,结合电网分时电价,对不同时段微网与大电网能量交换情况进行分析.并以由分布式电源构成的直流母线型微网系统为例,用粒子群优化算法进行求解.结果表明,微网能量优化管理中考虑电网电价,不仅能充分利用电能,还能降低微网的运行费用,使总的发电成本最低.The article established minimum overall system cost oriented optimization model,and raised micro grid energy management strategy for micronetwork and electrical price in time interval aiming at force characteristic of distributed generators in micro grid and the influence of network electrical price on economical efficiency of micro grid operation.It analyzes the energy exchange between micro grid and large power grid in different time period by taking the output of the photovoltaic cell PV and the fan WT as researching object,combining with time-of-use of power grid and starting with load demand and micronet economic benefit.It solved with particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)by taking microgrid system of DC voltage composed of distributed power sources.The result shows that,the consideration of network electricity price in micro network energy optimization management can fully utilize the electricity power by peak load shifting,decrease the operation cost of micro grid,and thus cut the power generation cost down to the lowest.
