摘 要:为了解仙居国家公园蝴蝶多样性、时空动态及人为干扰对其的影响,在核心区、缓冲区和实验区,设置5条样线,采用样线法,于2017年4—9月,按月对蝴蝶的种类和数量进行监测,并对结果进行多样性和统计分析.结果表明,调查共记录蝴蝶5科98属164种4999只;蝴蝶物种多样性、均匀度、丰富度、优势度指数分别为3.76,0.74,19.14,0.95;蝴蝶物种数量在4—9月呈双峰型,空间上分布由多到少为核心区、缓冲区、实验区;在属、物种、个体数水平,样线间无显著差异,月份间有显著差异;不同人为干扰区域间仅物种水平有显著差异.In order to reveal the butterflies diversity,spatial and temporal dynamics,and the effects of artificial disturbance from Xianju National Park,line transect method was employed and five line transects were set in core,buffer and test zone.Monitoring were executed in field between April to September in 2017,the number of species and individuals were recorded.Furthermore,diversity and statistical analyses were preformed between different zones.The results shown 4999 individuals,affiliating to 164 species 98 genera 5 families were recorded,Shannon-Wiener(H′),Pielou(E)Margalef(D)and Simpson(D′)index are 3.76,0.74,19.14 and 0.95,respectively;the species number of butterflies as bimodal pattern from April to September,and spatial dynamic as core zone>buffer zone>test zone;no significant differences were detected between line transects and significant difference between months on the numbers of genera,species and individuals,and significant differences was detected between different artificial disturbance zone based on the number of species.
