摘 要:以正十四烷为芯材,密胺树脂为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备相变微胶囊,改变传统制备工艺,将三聚氰胺分三次加入制备预聚体溶液。将溶液pH值调至2~5制备多组试样,探究pH值对相变微胶囊残余甲醛含量、相变性能、表观形貌等性能的影响。结果表明,pH值在2~4范围内可成功制取微胶囊;pH值在3.5~3.7范围内,制备的微胶囊球形完整,粒径分布均匀,残余甲醛含量低。当pH值为3.7时,制备的微胶囊残余甲醛含量最低为46.68mg·g-1。三聚氰胺三次加入法可有效降低微胶囊的残余甲醛含量。Melamine-formaldehyde(MF)prepolymer was prepared by incorporating formaldehyde once and melamine for three times.N-tetradecane was selected as the core,melamine-formaldehyde phase change microcapsules(MF MicroPCMs)were synthesized by in-situ polymerization.Emulsion pH was adjusted to 2 to 5 to prepare several samples and effect of pH on the remnant formaldehyde content,thermal properties and surface morphology of MF MicroPCMs was investigated.It is shown that samples with pH in the range of 2 to 4 can successfully fabricate MicroPCMs.When pH is in the range of 3.5-3.7,synthesized MicroPCMs are featured as smooth surface,good disparity,uniform particle size distribution and low remnant formaldehyde content.Microcapsules with the lowest residual formaldehyde content are prepared at pH 3.7 whose formaldehyde concentration is 46.68 mg·g-1.It can be certified that improved synthesis process is excessively beneficial to reduce the remnant formaldehyde content of MicroPCMs.
