摘　　要：光照疗法作为一种安全便捷的非药物治疗方式,通过不同强度和时长的光照,对帕金森病患者的睡眠障碍、情绪障碍、运动症状等起到一定治疗效果,目前已获得国内外广泛关注,但研究仍处于起步阶段。本文就光照疗法应用于帕金森病的研究进行综述,以期为帕金森病临床干预和治疗提供依据。Light therapy,as a safe and convenient non-drug treatment method,has certain therapeutic effects on sleep disorder,mood disorder,motor symptoms and other aspects of patients with Parkinson’s disease through different duration and intensity of light.At present,it has been widely concerned at home and abroad,but it is still in its infancy.This article reviews the study of light therapy in Parkinson’s disease in order to provide evidence for clinical intervention and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
