摘 要:由于高速铁路曲线半径较大,当曲线段接触网采用曲线外侧固定拉出值悬挂时,接触线在受电弓碳滑板上滑动的范围较窄,容易导致碳滑板磨损。本文结合验收过程中发现的碳滑板磨损情况分析磨损原因,提出高速铁路曲线段拉出值采用±250 mm之字形布置的优化方案,通过计算确定该优化方案最大水平偏移及悬挂点定位器的受拉力均满足要求,并针对高速铁路新建线路和既有线路改造的不同施工要求提出相应优化方案。Due to the large curve radius of high speed railway,the sliding range of contact wire on the carbon contact strip of pantograph is narrow if the OCL is suspended with fixed stagger values outside the curve section,which is easy to cause wear of carbon contact strips.The paper,with connection to the analysis of wear situations of carbon contact strips during the engineering acceptance,puts forward an optimized scheme of adopting of the stagger value of±250 mm for the curve sections of high speed railway,through calculation,the maximum horizontal offset and tension of steady arm at the suspension point under the optimized scheme are able to meet the requirements respectively.The paper puts forward corresponding optimized schemes in accordance with the various construction and reconstruction requirements for new high speed railway lines and existing lines.
