国内外高职院校发展本科层次职业教育比较研究

摘　　要：文章阐述了国内学者对本科层次职业教育的必要性、人才培养目标、路径等几个方面的研究现状,同时介绍了德国的应用科技大学、英国的多科技术学院、美国的社区学院等国外具有代表性的本科层次职业教育的现状。基于对发展本科层次职业教育的研究重点和薄弱环节的梳理,提出了高职院校发展本科层次职业教育应坚持"纵向单轨,横向双元"的模式及科学而有序推进湖北高职院校发展本科层次职业教育的步骤。This paper expounds the research status of domestic scholars on the necessity, talent training objectives and paths of undergraduate level vocational education, and introduces the status quo of representative foreign vocational education at the undergraduate level, such as the University of Applied Science and Technology in Germany, the multidisciplinary technical college in the United Kingdom, and the community college in the United States. Based on the research focus and weak links of the development of undergraduate level vocational education, this paper puts forward that higher vocational colleges should adhere to the mode of "vertical monorail, horizontal dual" and scientifically and orderly promote the development of vocational education at undergraduate level in Hubei higher vocational colleges.
