“双一流”建设背景下材料学科高水平研究生的培养

摘　　要：研究生教育是当前高等教育教学改革中的一个研究热点。本研究以重庆大学材料科学与工程学院的研究生培养为例,剖析了高水平学术型人才的培养过程中面临的问题,并提出了革新后培养模式。着重提高学生的思想政治教育,把思想政治教育工作贯穿教育教学的全过程;在国际化教育挑战面前,提升国际化氛围,提高研究生的国际化意识;利用好高水平国家平台资源,推动国际化建设;从研究生教学模式的改革,建设科研导向型教学体系。通过本研究,期望对提升我国研究生培养改革提供参考。Graduate education is a research hotspot in the teaching reform of higher education. Taking the postgraduate training in College of Materials Science and Engineering of Chongqing University as an example, this paper analyzes the problems in the process of training high-level academic talents, and puts forward the training mode after innovation. We should focus on improving students’ Ideological and political education, and put ideological and political education throughout the whole process of education and teaching;in the face of the challenges of international education, we should enhance the international atmosphere and enhance the international consciousness of graduate students;we should make good use of high-level national platform resources to promote the internationalization construction;we should construct the scientific research oriented teaching system from the reform of graduate teaching mode. Through this study, it is expected to provide a reference for promoting the reform of graduate education in China.
