摘　　要：高校教师党支部是高校党建之基,对推动"双一流"建设至关重要。加强高校教师党支部建设要以"双一流"高校建设要求为中心,通过完善机制、细化目标、强化考核等,不断提升高校教师党支部建设水平,为"双一流"高校建设提供坚强保障。The Party branch of teachers in colleges and universities is the foundation of the party building in colleges and universities, and it is very important to promote the construction of "double first-class". To strengthen the construction of the Party branch of teachers in colleges and universities, we should take the construction requirements of "double first-class" universities as the center, improve the construction level of the Party branch of teachers in colleges and universities through improving the mechanism, refining the objectives and strengthening the assessment, so as to provide strong guarantee for the construction of "double first-class" universities.
