四君子汤对大肠癌术后化疗患者肠道菌群及免疫功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾益气方药代表四君子汤对大肠癌术后化疗患者的肠道微生态及机体免疫功能的影响。方法:收集2017年10月—2018年10月在汕头大学医学院第一附属医院胃肠外科行大肠癌根治手术患者60例,其中男性32例,女性28例,平均年龄(56.4±10.2)岁。将入选患者随机分成中药加化疗组和单独化疗组,每组各30例。中药加化疗组患者口服四君子汤方药联合mFOLFOX6方案化疗;单独化疗组患者仅进行mFOLFOX6方案化疗。比较2组患者化疗前后肠道菌群、机体免疫功能、卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分、骨髓抑制程度的差异。结果:中药加化疗组患者治疗后双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、KPS评分均比单独化疗组高(均P<0.05)。结论:健脾益气方药四君子汤能调节大肠癌术后化疗患者的肠道菌群失衡及改善机体免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of Sijunzi decoction on gut microbiota and immune function in patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,60 patients who underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College were collected,including 32 males and 28 females,with an average age of(56.4±10.2)years.The selected patients were randomly divided into a traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group and a single chemotherapy group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group received oral Sijunzi decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 regimen chemotherapy;patients in the single chemotherapy group received only mFOLFOX6 regimen chemotherapy.The differences in gut microbiota,immune function,KPS score,and degree of bone marrow suppression were compared between the two groups of patients before and after chemotherapy.Results:After treatment,the levels of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 and KPS scores in the traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group were higher than those in the chemotherapy group alone(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi decoction can regulate the imbalance of gut microbiota and improve the immune function of patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy.
