摘 要:近10年来,光伏发电在中国获得了快速发展,然而对财政补贴的过度依赖是制约其更大规模发展的主要因素之一。光伏发电"领跑者"计划的实施推动了中国光伏产业的技术进步和成本下降,使光伏发电平价上网成为可能。通过采用网络层次分析法(ANP)评价在平价上网背景下不同地区光伏电站站址优选的决策方法,构建系统的评价指标体系,分析指标之间的相互影响和关系,并运用ANP建立了一套科学的平价上网光伏电站选址的评价方法,经过算例验证了其有效性,为平价上网光伏电站的站址优选提供了科学的决策方法和依据。PV power generation has developed rapidly in China in the past ten years.However,its larger-scale development is restricted by the excessive dependent on FIT policy.The implementation of“Top Runner”plan has promoted the technological progress and reduced the cost of China’s PV industry,making it possible for PV power station to achieve grid-parity.In this paper,a scientific evaluation for the site selection of grid-parity PV power station is established through the ANP(Analytic Network Process)method under background of grid-parity.The influence and relationship between mutual indexes are analyzed,which can be used for future selection of PV power stations in the grid-parity era.
