摘　　要：目的:比较囊性听神经瘤(CAN)和实性听神经瘤(SAN)的手术治疗效果。方法:检索2000年1月1日~2019年10月31日维普数据库、中国知网、PubMed、ISI、Medline、Embase、CBMdisc等数据库,选择符合本次研究的文献。使用RevMan 5.3软件,对手术治疗CAN和SAN的术中肿瘤切除情况、术后面神经功能以及术后颅内感染等情况进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6项研究进行Meta分析。CAN的术后面神经功能较SAN差(RR=0.60,95%CI:0.49,0.73);两者在术中肿瘤切除、术后颅内感染方面无统计学差异(RR=0.96,95%CI:0.82,1.11;RR=1.17,95%CI:0.51,2.68)。结论:手术治疗CAN的面神经功能损伤可能性较SAN大。但两者在肿瘤全切率以及术后颅内感染等方面没有明显差别。在手术治疗听神经瘤时,对CAN应该更加注意面神经的保护。Objective:To compare the surgical outcomes of cystic acoustic neuromas(CAN)and solid acoustic neuromas(SAN).Methods:The literatures were selected in VIP,CNKI,PubMed,ISI,Medline,Embase,CBMdisc and other databases from January 1,2000 to October 31,2019.RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform meta-analysis on intraoperative tumor resection,postoperative facial nerve function and postoperative intracranial infection of CAN and SAN.Results:A total of 6 studies were included for meta-analysis.Postoperative facial nerve function of CAN was worse than SAN(RR=0.60,95%CI:0.49,0.73).There was no statistical difference in intraoperative tumor resection and postoperative intracranial infection(RR=0.96,95%CI:0.82,1.11;RR=1.17,95%CI:0.51,2.68).Conclusion:CAN may have higher possibility of facial nerve functional injury when compared with SAN.There is no significant difference in postoperative intracranial infection and total tumor resection rate between CAN and SAN.Therefore,CAN should pay more attention to protect facial nerve in the surgical treatment.
