摘  要:目的分析恶性胃肠道间质瘤组织中CXC趋化因子配体16(CXC chemokine ligand 16,CXCL16)、信号转导与转录激活因子3(signal transduction and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)表达水平,并探讨其对患者预后的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月于江苏省苏北人民医院行手术治疗的恶性胃肠道间质瘤患者116例为研究对象,选取其中100例患者相对应的癌旁正常胃肠道组织作为对照。采用免疫组织化学法测定恶性胃肠道间质瘤组织和癌旁正常胃肠道组织中CXCL16、STAT3的表达水平,分析CXCL16、STAT3表达水平与恶性胃肠道间质瘤临床病理特征的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier法分析CXCL16、STAT3表达水平与恶性胃肠道间质瘤患者生存状况的关系。采用Cox回归分析影响恶性胃肠道间质瘤患者预后的因素。结果CXCL16、STAT3在恶性胃肠道间质瘤组织中的阳性表达率均显著高于其在癌旁正常胃肠道组织中的阳性表达率(均P<0.05);CXCL16、STAT3在恶性胃肠道间质瘤组织中的表达水平与其病理性核分裂象、危险度分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(均P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier法显示CXCL16阴性恶性胃肠道间质瘤患者平均生存时间显著长于CXCL16阳性恶性胃肠道间质瘤患者(P<0.05),STAT3阴性恶性胃肠道间质瘤患者平均生存时间显著长于STAT3阳性恶性胃肠道间质瘤患者(P<0.05)。Cox回归分析显示,病理性核分裂象、浸润深度、STAT3阳性表达是恶性胃肠道间质瘤患者预后的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论恶性胃肠道间质瘤组织中CXCL16、STAT3的表达情况与患者预后关系密切,可为评估患者预后提供参考。Objective To analyze the expression levels of CXC chemokine ligand 16(CXCL16)and signal transduction and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)in malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor,and to explore their influence on patients prognosis.Method A total of 116 patients with malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor who underwent surgical treatment in Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were collected as experimental subjects,and 100 cases of normal gastrointestinal tissue adjacent to cancer were selected as controls.The expression levels of CXCL16 and STAT3 in malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor and adjacent tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry,the relationship between the expression levels of CXCL16 and STAT3 and the clinicopathological features of malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor was analyzed,Kaplan-Meier was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of CXCL16 and STAT3 and the survival of patients with malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor,and Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the prognostic factors of patients with malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Result The positive expression rates of CXCL16 and STAT3 in malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(all P<0.05);the expression levels of CXCL16 and STAT3 in malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor were correlated with pathological mitosis,risk grade,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier method showed that the average survival time of patients with CXCL16 negative malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor was significantly longer than that of patients with CXCL16 positive malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor(P<0.05),the mean survival time of patients with STAT3 negative malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor was significantly longer than that of patients with STAT3 positive malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor(P<0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that pathological mitotic figure,d
