摘 要:以农作物秸秆为原料,通过发酵法制备生化富里酸,优化发酵工艺,为秸秆高附加值利用提供理论依据。结果表明,以小麦秸秆与花生秸秆质量比2∶1混合秸秆发酵,具有较高的生化富里酸产出率;35℃发酵216 h生化富里酸产量可达95.10 g/kg;添加尿素、发酵菌有利于提高生化富里酸产量,但尿素添加超过2%、发酵菌添加超过3%,效果不明显。小麦秸秆与花生秸秆按照质量比2∶1混合,添加2%尿素、3%菌剂,在35℃下发酵216 h具有较好的生化富里酸制备效果。Using crop straw as raw materials,biochemical fulvic acid can be produced by fermentation method,and the fermentation process was optimized to provide theoretical basis for the utilization of straw with high added value.The results showed that the yield of biochemical fulvic acid was higher when the mass ratio of wheat straw to peanut straw was 2∶1.The content of biochemical fulvic acid could reach 95.10 g/kg after fermentation at 35℃ for 216 h.The addition of urea and fermentation bacteria were beneficial to the in⁃crease of fulvic acid yield,but the effect was not obvious when urea was added more than 2%and fermentation bacteria was added more than 3%.Wheat straw and peanut straw were mixed according to the mass ratio of 2∶1,adding 2%urea and 3%bacterial agent at 35℃,and fermentation for 216 h had better preparation effect of biochemical fulvic acid.
