摘  要:以β-环糊精和1,4-丁二胺为原料制备1,4-丁二胺单修饰β-环糊精,将大豆苷元进行包合,制备成大豆苷元-1,4-丁二胺修饰β-环糊精包合物。通过红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对包合物进行表征,并用紫外光谱测定包合物的结合常数及溶解性。实验研究结果表明:大豆苷元-修饰β-环糊精的稳定性为Ks=1.6×105;溶解性为0.07560 mg/mL;比原来提高了8.48倍。1,4-butanediamine modifiedβ-cyclodextrin was prepared fromβ-cyclodextrin and 1,4-diamine.Daidzein-1,4-butanediamine-β-cyclodextrin single modified inclusion complex was prepared by inclusion complex of daidzein.The inclusion complex was characterized by IR and SEM.The binding constant and solubility were determined by UV spectrum.The results showed that the stability of daidzein-modifiedβ-cyclodextrin was 1.6×105,the solubility was 0.07560 mg/mL,and it was 8.48 times higher than the original.
