摘 要:在化学工程与工艺的本科实验教学中,设计类实验能够有效提高学生的思考和操作能力。但提高设计环节的实践性和创新性,保证实验教学的质量是实验教学改革的难点。本论文针对油田废水中常见的聚丙烯酰胺高聚物的去除问题设计了实验,指导学生利用绿色生物高分子,学会絮凝剂设计、制备、表征和絮凝实验验证,引导其优化工艺条件,设计流程,实现絮凝产物的再利用,帮助其提高实验分析技能,培养思维和动手能力,树立环保绿色理念。In the experimental teaching of undergraduate in the major of chemical engineering and technology,experimental design can effectively improve students independent thinking and hands-on ability.However,how to improve the practicality and innovation of the design process to ensure the quality and effect of experimental teaching has always been the challenge of experimental teaching reform.An undergraduate teaching experiment for the removal of polyacrylamide in oilfield wastewater was designed.Students were instructed to use green biopolymers,and learn about flocculant design,preparation,characterization and flocculation experiment verification.They were guided to optimize process conditions,design processes,and realize the reuse of flocculation products.It can help students to improve their experimental analysis skills,and to cultivate students thinking and hands-on skills while establishing an environmentally friendly and green concept.
