摘 要:基于2015年中国综合社会调查数据,利用OLS回归模型检验了家庭经济资本、文化资本、社会资本和政治资本对于子代职业地位获得的影响,并进一步利用Bootstrap中介效应检验法考察子代教育的中介作用。实证分析结果表明,家庭经济资本、文化资本和社会资本与子代职业地位的获得显著正相关,家庭政治资本与子代的职业地位并无显著统计相关。具体而言,家庭的经济收入越高、父代的教育程度越高以及父代的职业地位越高,则子代获得的职业地位就越高,但这一结果存在队列差异,主要体现在93~02工作队列中。与其他工作队列相比,家庭社会资本与93~02队列的子代职业地位不存在显著统计相关。最后,利用中介效应检验法进一步分析发现子代教育在家庭资本和职业地位之间发生了完全的中介作用。基于此,本文从优化教育资源配置、强化就业过程中的"唯能力论"以及加强对子女教育投入等三个维度提出了建议。Based on the data of CGSS 2015,this paper uses OLS regression model to test the influence of family eco⁃nomic capital,cultural capital,social capital and political capital on the occupational status of their offspring,and fur⁃ther uses the Bootstrap mediation effect test to examine the mediating role of offspring’s education.The results of empir⁃ical analysis show that family economic capital,cultural capital and social capital have a significant positive correlation with the occupational status of their offspring,while family political capital has no significant statistical correlation with their offspring's occupational status.Specifically,the higher the family income,the higher the education level of the fa⁃ther and the higher professional status of the father,the higher the occupation status of the offspring.However,there are queue differences in this result,which is mainly reflected in the 93-02 work queue.Compared with other work groups,there was no significant statistical correlation between family social capital and the occupational status of offspring working in 93-02.Finally,by using the mediating effect test,it is found that the education of offspring has a complete mediating effect between family capital and their occupational status.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions from three dimensions:optimizing the allocation of educational resources,strengthening the"ability only theory"in the process of employment,and strengthening the investment in offspring’s education.
