摘 要:为了保证中低速磁悬浮交通系统的安全运营,配备应用于中低速磁悬浮线路的救援设备是十分必要的。文中结合中低速磁悬浮轨道结构的特点,参照铁路起重机相关设计参数,设计了救援设备的转向架方案。以轨道强度为限制条件,研究了救援设备的铭牌起重性能、顺轨方向的起重性能以及支承力和吊重分别与吊臂长度、配重伸出长度、偏摆角以及吊臂仰角的关系,并利用有限元软件验证了铭牌起重条件下的F型轨道强度。研究结果为今后中低速磁悬浮列车相关工程设备的研究提供了一定的参考价值。In order to ensure the safe operation of the medium and low speed maglev transit system,it is necessary to equip the rescue equipment applied to the medium and low speed maglev line.According to the structural characteristics of the medium and low speed maglev track and the relevant design parameters of the railway crane,the bogie scheme applied to the rescue equipment is designed.Taking the track strength as the limiting condition,the lifting performance of rescue equipment in 360°rotation and the lifting performance along the track direction are studied.The relationship between the supporting force and the lifting weight and the length of the boom,the extension length of the counterweight,the rotation angle and the elevation angle of the boom are studied.The strength of F shape track in 360°rotation condition is verified by the finite element software.The research results provide a certain reference value for the research of engineering equipment related to medium and low speed maglev in the future.
