摘 要:为探究不同波瓣喷嘴燃烧室流场的涡系结构,搭建了波瓣喷嘴多点喷射燃烧室流场水流模拟试验台。采用以彩色墨水作为示踪剂的流动显示技术,试验研究了不同波瓣喷嘴结构在燃烧室内诱导的涡系结构,分析了不同波瓣喷嘴结构对燃烧室内涡系结构的影响规律。在试验研究的基础上,对波瓣喷嘴燃烧室内的冷态流场进行了CFD分析。结果表明,水流模拟试验观测到的涡系结构在位置、大小、形状和空间演变规律上与数值模拟结果相符,数值模拟可用于涡强度的定量化研究。预置涡量的波瓣喷嘴诱发的涡系强度比无预置涡量的常规波瓣喷嘴诱发的强,其涡量大小变化为出口斜置外加波瓣>外加旋流器波瓣>常规波瓣。同一工况下,随着油气比降低,燃烧室内涡系的影响范围变大。波瓣喷嘴在燃烧室内产生的涡系及其演变过程,对研究其流场空气动力学特性有重要的作用。In order to investigate the vortex system structure of the flow field of different lobed nozzles combustor,a water flow simulation test rig for multi-point injection combustor with lobe nozzle was built.Adopting flow display technology with color ink as tracer,the structure of induced vortices of different lobed nozzles in combustion chamber was experimentally studied;the effects of different lobed nozzles on the vortex structure in the combustor were analyzed.On the basis of test,the cold flow field in the lobed nozzle combustor was analyzed by CFD.The comparative analysis of the results shows that the vortex structure observed in the water flow simulation experiment is consistent with the numerical simulation results in terms of location,size,shape and spatial evolution;the numerical simulation can quantify the study on eddy strength.The projected vorticity strength of the lobed nozzles is stronger than that of the conventional lobed nozzles without preset vorticity.The change results of vorticity size are as follows,the outlet oblique applied lobe>the applied external cyclone lobe>the conventional lobe.Under the same working condition,the in⁃fluence range of vortex system in combustion chamber becomes larger with the decrease of oil-gas ratio.Study on the vortices produced by the lobed nozzle in the combustion chamber and their evolution process will play an important role in the aerodynamic characteristics investigation of the flow field.
