摘  要:针对厚规格的NM500耐磨钢板火焰切割后的延迟裂纹问题,对裂纹金相组织进行了研究,分析了延迟裂纹产生的原因,主要是钢板心部中心偏析比较严重,存在氮化物夹杂,而且在切割时温度低,应力大综合因素导致钢板出现切割延迟裂纹。通过提高钢水纯净度,降低铸坯偏析,同时控制钢板切割温度(≥120℃)和堆冷温度(≥80℃),能有效解决钢板切割延迟裂纹问题。Aiming at the delayed crack problem of thick NM500 wear-resistant steel plate after flame cutting,the crack microstructure is researched and the cause of delayed crack is analyzed.The main reason is that the center segregation of steel plate is more serious,there is nitride inclusion,the plate cutting with the low temperature,it creates a lot of stress,this results in delayed cutting crack of the steel plate.Through improving the purity of molten steel,the center segregation is reduced,at the same time,control the cutting temperature is higher than 120℃and the heap temperature is higher than 80℃,the problem of delayed crack in steel plate cutting can be solved.
