摘　　要：东华钢铁DSCCR无头轧制生产线由企业自主集成创新研发,产线采用了隧道式加热炉、头部重压下粗轧机、全连轧张力控制、精轧动态变厚度、铁素体轧制等设备和工艺。配置可实现单块轧制、半无头轧制及全无头轧制,实现高比例薄规格(≤1.5 mm占比60%以上)产品稳定生产,产品的板形、卷形、头尾宽度、厚度显著高于CSP同规格产品。The DSCCR endless rolling production line in Donghua is independently integrated,innovated and developed by the enterprise.The production line adopts tunnel furnace,roughing mill with head pre-load,tension control of full continuous rolling,dynamic thickness control of finishing mill,ferrite rolling and other equipment and technology.This configuration has three modes:batch、semi endless、endless rolling.It realize stable production of high proportion of thin specification(≤1.5 mm,accounting for more than 60%).The flatness,coil appearance,head and tail width and thickness of products are significantly higher than those of CSP products of the same specification.
