摘　　要：对进口设备业务办理过程中存在的合同风险、信用风险、资金风险、汇率风险、运输、到货风险、安装验收风险等主要风险点进行深入剖析,并针对这些风险点从规范合同模板、选择诚信可靠的外商及优质的外贸代理公司、对外贸代理公司定期进行履约考核、建立专人负责制度、优化进口设备报价方式、加强送货安装验收管理等方面为防范进口设备业务办理过程中各类风险提出建议和措施。The article analyzes the main risk points in the process of handling import equipment business,such as contract risk,credit risk,capital risk,exchange rate risk,transportation,arrival and installation,acceptance risk and so on,and gives suggestions and measures to prevent all kinds of risks in the process of handling import equipment business from standardizing contract template,selecting honest and reliable foreign trade companies,conducting regular performance appraisal to foreign trade agency companies,establishing special personnel responsible system,optimizing the quotation mode of import equipment,strengthening the management of delivery installation and acceptance.
