低剂量奥氮平联合叙事心理治疗双相情感障碍的效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析低剂量奥氮平联合叙事心理治疗双相情感障碍的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法将93例双相情感障碍患者按不同治疗方法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(48例)。对照组采用低剂量奥氮平治疗,观察组采用低剂量奥氮平联合叙事心理治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的BRMS、CGI-S-BP评分、IL-1β及IL-4水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论低剂量奥氮平联合叙事心理治疗双相情感障碍的效果显著,可改善患者免疫功能。Objective To analyze the effect of low-dose olanzapine combined with narrative psychotherapy on bipolar disorder and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 93 patients with bipolar disorder were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(48 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with low-dose olanzapine,and the observation group was treated with low-dose olanzapine combined with narrative psychotherapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the BRMS,CGI-S-BP scores,IL-1βand IL-4 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lowdose olanzapine combined with narrative psychotherapy the treatment of bipolar disorder has significant effect,and it can improve the immune function of patients.
