半夏泻心汤加味治疗含顺铂化疗诱发的迟发性消化道反应的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析半夏泻心汤加味治疗含顺铂化疗诱发的迟发性消化道反应(DGR)的临床效果。方法将含顺铂双药化疗后存在DGR的46例患者随机分为A组(给予半夏泻心汤加味治疗)和B组(给予阿瑞匹坦联合地塞米松及支持对症治疗),每组23例。观察两组的DGR治疗情况。结果d2时,A组的恶心治疗有效率低于B组(P<0.05);d6时,A组的恶心治疗有效率高于B组(P<0.05)。d2、d4、d6和d8时,A组和B组的呕吐治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。d2、d4、d6和d8,A组患者的食欲评分均高于B组,腹胀评分均低于B组(P<0.05)。A组口干发生率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加味治疗含顺铂化疗诱发的DGR与阿瑞匹坦联合地塞米松及支持对症治疗的效果相当,但在改善食欲和腹胀症状方面具有优势。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction on delayed gastrointestinal reaction(DGR)induced by cisplatin-based chemotherapy.Methods Forty-six patients with DGR after cisplatin-based dual-drug chemotherapy were randomly divided into group A(treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction)and group B(treated with arepidan combined with dexamethasone and supportive symptomatic treatment),with 23 cases in each group.The DGR treatment of the two groups was observed.Results On d2,the effective rate of nausea treatment in the group A was lower than that in the group B(P<0.05);on d6,the effective rate of nausea treatment in the group A was higher than that in the group B(P<0.05).On d2,d4,d6 and d8,there were no significant differences in the effective rate of vomiting treatment between the group A and the group B(P>0.05).On d2,d4,d6 and d8,the appetite scores of the group A were higher than those of the group B,and the abdominal distension scores were lower than those of the group B(P<0.05).The incidence of xerostomia in the group A was higher than that in the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Banxia Xiexin decoction for DGR induced by cisplatin-based chemotherapy has similar effect with aripiptam combined with dexamethasone and supportive symptomatic treatment,but it has advantages in improving appetite and abdominal distension symptoms.
