摘 要:目的在眼科患者的治疗于检测中屈光不正的治疗中一直属于难题,导致患者的治疗难度增加,本文分析检影验光和综合验光仪主觉验光应用于临床眼科中对患者柱镜屈光度和球镜屈光度以及散光轴位检测产生的影响。方法此次研究目标为我院2019年1月至2020年2月期间收治的100例成年眼部疾病患者,对所有患者展开综合验光仪主觉验光和检影验光,并在此基础上将两种方式所测得的柱镜屈光度、球镜屈光度以及散光轴位使用统计学软件采用最小显著差数法分析。结果对患者的球镜屈光度检测而言,检影验光和综合验光仪主觉验光所测得的球镜屈光度之间不具有明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时对比两者的散光轴位和柱镜屈光度之间的测值也无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论临床中针对成人的近视验光来说,主觉验光和检影验光都可以提供良好的屈光度,两者所产生的差异并不明显,都有良好效果。Objective The treatment of refractive errors in the detection of ophthalmology patients has always been a difficult problem,resulting in increased difficulty in the treatment of patients,this paper analyzed the impact of the application of detector optometry and comprehensive optometry master optometry in clinical ophthalmology on the patients with column lens diopter,ball lens diopter and scattered axis detection.Methods The research target of our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020,admitted during the period of 100 cases of adult patients with eye diseases,to all patients in comprehensive refractometer main sleep optometry and check shadow optometry,and based on this,will be measured by two ways of cylindrical lens dioptre,ball lens dioptre and scattered optical axis used statistical analysis software USES the least significant difference method.Results There was no significant difference between the diopter measured by the detector and the master optometry measured by the integrated optometry(P>0.05).At the same time,there was no significant difference between the measured values of the dispersion axis and the diopter of the column mirror(P>0.05).Conclusion For adult myopic optometry in clinical practice,both master optometry and detector optometry can provide good diopter,but the difference between them is not obvious,and both have good effect.
