电子根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度准确性及根管充填质量的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析电子根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度准确性及根管充填质量的应用价值。方法本次研究中的观察对象均选自于本院接收的根管充填患者中,52例患者的接收时间均在2018年3月至2019年5月期间,共68颗患牙,132个根管,以数字随机分组法将上述患者分为两组,对照组患者(66个根管)以X线拍片法测定根管工作长度,观察组(66个根管)均利用电子根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度。比较两组测量根管工作长度准确性和根管充填质量。结果观察组的测量根管工作长度准确性明显高于对照组,其根管充填适充率亦明显较对照组高,P<0.05。结论电子根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度准确性较高,有利于促进根管充填质量的提升。Objective To analyze the application value of the accuracy of measuring the working length of root canals and the quality of root canal filling by electronic apex locator.Methods The observation objects in this study were selected from the root canal filling patients received by our hospital.The reception time of 52 patients was from March 2018 to May 2019,a total of 68 teeth,132 Root canal,the above patients were divided into two groups by digital random grouping method,the control group(66 root canals)was measured by X-ray filming method,and the observation group(66 root canals)were all positioned by electronic apex The instrument measures the working length of the root canal.The accuracy of root canal working length and root canal filling quality were compared between the two groups.Results The accuracy of measuring the working length of the root canal in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the proper filling rate of the root canal filling was also significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The accuracy of measuring the working length of the root canal by the electronic apex locator is high,which is conducive to improving the quality of root canal filling.
