摘　　要：目的通过对比A、B两种测量方法,探讨syngo.via VB20A肝分析流程在肝硬化患者肝体积测量的应用价值。方法回顾性分析行肝脏CT增强扫描并要求测量肝脏体积的患者49例,由两位熟练的后处理技师分别使用VOL手动容积测量(A组)以及肝分析流程自动法(B组)测量肝脏体积,记录测量肝脏体积的大小与时间,并使用SPSS 22.0进行均值统计、相关性和一致性分析。结果技师1测量时间B组较A组缩短[(97.14±147.08)s vs(582.33±147.00)s,P<0.01],技师2测量时间B组较A组缩短[(106.04±146.66)s vs.(479.53±171.15)s,P<0.01],技师1使用A、B两方法测得肝脏体积分别为[(1148.93±282.21)ml vs(1137.43±283.45)ml,P=0.08],技师2使用A、B两方法测得肝脏体积分别为[(1150.05±285.78)ml vs(1139.00±277.78)ml,P=0.06].A、B两方法所测体积一致性分别为0.931(技师1)、0.928(技师2),P值均小于0.01,两位技师之间所测体积相关性分别为0.975(A方法)、0.997(B方法),P值均小于0.01。结论syngo.viaVB20肝分析流程自动测量法在肝硬化肝体积测量应用中,明显提高了工作效率、提供了与传统方法接近的准确度。Objective To evaluate the application of syngo.via VB20A liver analysis in liver volume measurement of patients with liver cirrhosis and to compare this method with group B method.Methods We retrospectively obtained forty-nine patients with liver cirrhosis who underwent contrast-enhanced CT.two skilled technicians used manual volume method(group A)and liver analysis(group B)measure liver volume and recorded the value of number and time of measurement.we compared the results about those recorded data by SPSS 22.0.Results The average processing time of group B was significantly shorter than that of group A.technician 1[(97.14±147.08)s vs(582.33±147.00)s,P<0.01],technician 2[(106.04±146.66)s vs(479.53±171.15)s,P<0.01].The volumes of technician 1 used group A、B measured were[(1148.93±282.21)ml vs(1137.43±283.45)ml,P=0.08],and the volumes of technician 2 used group A、B measured were[(1150.05±285.78)ml vs(1139.00±277.78)ml,P=0.06].Both the results of liver volumes had excellent consistency[0.931(technician1)、0.928(technician2),both P<0.01],and the results of two technicians had correlation coefficients[0.975(group A)、0.997(group B)both p<0.001].Conclusion The syngo.via VB20A liver analysis has more effectively for measuring liver volume of patients with liver cirrhosis.
