摘　　要：陈潮祖教授精研医理,深耕临床,于仲景方多有创见。他尤擅运用小青龙汤,认为其病机虽为肺失宣降、寒饮内停,病位却涉汲肺脾心肝肾五脏,但凡外感风寒,气津郁结病变皆可运用此方,涉及耳鸣、痹症、泄泻、癃闭、风疹等多种病症。本文通过三个医案,展示了陈老毕生所倡异病同治辨治模式。Professor Chen Chaozu studied the medical theory thoroughly and practiced the clinical practice deeply.He had many original ideas from the prescriptions of Zhangzhongjing and he was especially good at using Xiaoqinglong Decoction.He thought that although the pathogenesis was the dysfunction of the Lung and the fluid stagnated by Cold,the disease location involves five viscera of the Lung,Spleen,Heart,Liver and Kidney.Xiaoqinglong Decoction can be used for exogenous Wind Cold,Qi and Jin stagnation,involving tinnitus,arthromyodynia,diarrhea,retention of urine,rubella and other diseases.Through three medical records,this paper shows the syndrome differentiation mode of treating different diseases with the same treatment advocated by Professor Chen Chaozu all his life.
