摘　　要：目的 介绍眼袋成形术并发球后血肿的诊断和治疗。方法 采用药物及手术方法进行。手术要点:完善的麻醉,分层次完成止血及缝合,并放置引流。结果 术后随访伤口愈合良好,下睑无外翻,视力改善。结论 眼袋成行术并发球后血肿是一种严重的并发症,应以手术为主综合治疗。Objective To explain the diagnosis and treatment of retrobulbar hematoma after baggy eye-plasty. Methods Both drug and surgical treatments were used. The critical points in surgery included perfect anesthesia, surgical hemostosis and suturing on different tissue strata, and drainage. Results During the follow-up, the wound healed satisfactorily, there was no lower eyelid extrophy and vision improved. Conclusion Retrobulbar hematoma after baggy eye-plasty can be effectively treated with surgery combined with drug.
