摘　　要：“双高”建设是发展高水平、高质量职业教育的重要路径,深化产教融合、实现校企“双元”育人是我国职业教育改革的逻辑主线,也是推进“双高”建设的内在要求。从阐述校企“双元”育人的必要性入手,分析当前“双元”育人模式中存在的问题,剖析“双元”育人体系中显性和隐性利益主体之间的辩证关系,梳理人才培养的全过程,提出贯穿纵向设计维度和横向时间维度的四层五段式合作体系,对集成电路专业群的“双元”育人模式进行了探索与实践。"Double high"construction is an important mechanism in developing high level and high quality vocational education.Realizing the dual education is the dominant logical route of China’s vocational education reform and the internal requirement of promoting the"double high"construction.Begin with the analysis of the necessity of"dual"education in colleges and enterprises,this article paperanalyzes the problems existing in the current dual education mode,the dialectical relationship between the dominant and recessive stakeholders in the dual education system,so as to sort out the whole process of talent training.Finally,it puts forward a four-level and five-segment cooperation system running through the vertical design dimension and horizontal time dimension,in order to explore the practice of dual education of integrated circuit specialty group.
