摘  要:基于余吾煤业南一采区的基础地质条件、巷道建设条件及辅助运输现状,分析了现有长距离采区辅助运输系统的不足,提出一种新的防爆柴油机液压齿轨车辅助运输改造方案,并且从安全性、技术性和经济性等方面将改造后的柴油机齿轨车方案与现有的运输方式进行了对比分析。结果表明:用齿轨车代替绳牵引卡轨车和架空人车装置,能够解决原线路中设备故障率高、重型设备运输困难、工人运输过程中人员安全难以保障等问题,极大地提高了煤矿辅助运输的安全性和运输效率,降低了辅助运输成本。Based on the basic geological conditions,roadway construction conditions,and auxiliary transportation status in Yuwu Coal Mine,this study analyzes the shortcomings of the existing auxiliary transportation system in long-distance mining areas to propose a new transformation plan with explosion-proof diesel hydraulic rack rail vehicles.In terms of safety,technology,and economy,the transportation plan with diesel rack rail cars and other methods were analyzed in detail.The results show that the replacement of rope traction rail cars and overhead man-carriage devices with rack rail vehicles can solve the problems,including high failure rate,difficult transportation of heavy equipment,and difficult guarantee of staffsecurity during transportation.In addition,it greatly improves the safety and efficiency of the auxiliary transportation and reduces its costs.
