摘  要:主动控制卷收器(ACR)可减少乘员在制动时的位移和碰撞中的损伤风险,但国内相关试验较为匮乏。因此,为探究紧急制动时ACR对乘员离位现象的影响,针对2名男性志愿者,开展了初始速度为70 km/h的紧急制动试验,定量测定并分析了ACR与普通卷收器下的志愿者运动响应和安全带物理参数,为ACR的进一步研发提供数据参考。结果表明,在ACR的作用下,志愿者头部和T1位移分别减小34 mm和27 mm,制动阶段的织带拉出量减少13 mm,制动结束时织带回拉量增加62 mm,运动速度峰值和安全带力则无明显变化。此外,试验分析结果还显示志愿者位移(头部、肩部和T1位移)与肩带力高度正相关。Active control retractor(ACR)can reduce occupant's displacement during braking and injury risk in upcoming crash,but there are few related tests in China.Therefore,to investigate the effect of ACR on the out-of-position phenomenon of occupant in emergency braking,a vehicle test with an initial speed of 70 km/h was conducted with 2 male volunteers,the volunteer kinematics and belt physical parameters of ACR configuration and ordinary retractor configuration were quantitatively measured and analyzed,which provide reference for further research.The results show that after introducing the ACR system,the displacements of volunteer head and T1 are reduced by 34 mm and 27 mm respectively,and the webbing pull-out is reduced by 13 mm during braking,the webbing pull-in is increased by 62 mm at the end of braking,but there is no significant change in the peak velocities and the webbing forces.Furthermore,the results also show that displacements of volunteer(head,shoulder and T1 displacement)are highly positively correlated with the shoulder belt force.
