基于需求层次理论的研究生网络行为动机研究

摘　　要：高校研究生群体对网络依赖度高,探讨研究生网络行为动机,便于有针对性地对其网络行为进行引导。以需求层次理论为研究框架,运用AMOS模型进行分析,探讨五个不同需求动机对研究生网络行为的影响以及不同动机之间的相互影响。研究表明,网络生理需求层次、网络安全需求层次、网络社会需求层次、网络尊重需求层次和网络自我实现需求层次之间存在显著的路径关系,各个需求层次对研究生网络行为均会产生不同程度的影响,不同动机之间也存在不同程度的影响,其中网络安全需求和网络尊重需求是研究生网络行为的主要动机,其次是网络生理需求和网络社会需求,而网络自我实现需求的影响最弱。引导研究生网络行为应从提升研究生总体网络行为认知意识、充分认识研究生网络社会需求和激发研究生网络自我实现需求三个方面来进行。Graduate students in colleges and universities have a high degree of network dependence.This paper discusses the motivation of graduate students'network behavior so as to guide their network behavior pertinently.Taking the theory of hierarchy of needs as research framework,AMOS was used to analyzed and discussed the influence of five different demand motivations on graduate students'network behaviors and the mutual influence among different motivations.Research has shown that network Physiological demand level,network security needs,social needs,respect for hierarchy and network self-realization needs significant paths between relations,different demand levels of graduate students network behavior will have varying degrees of impact,there are different degrees of influence between different motives,including network security needs and respect needs is the main motive graduate students network behavior,followed by the network network social needs,physiological needs and self-actualization needs the most weak and network.To guide graduate students'network behavior,we should enhance their overall cognitive awareness of network behavior,fully understand the demand of research students'network society and stimulate the demand of graduate students'network self-realization.
