摘 要:采用暴露实验方法,研究阿莫西林废水对斑马鱼肌肉组织中T-AOC和CAT活性影响,实验结果表明,废水体积分数为0.1%时,斑马鱼肌肉组织内T-AOC和CAT活性在整个实验中呈现出“抑制—诱导—抑制”的变化规律,表明斑马鱼已经对阿莫西林废水的胁迫作出了应激反应;实验第3天时,斑马鱼肌肉组织中T-AOC和CAT活性在废水体积分数为0.3%时达到最高,表明斑马鱼抗氧化系统可承受的阿莫西林废水最大体积浓度为0.3%;斑马鱼肌肉组织内T-AOC和CAT活性,在实验中都呈现“抑制—诱导—抑制”的变化规律,表明T-AOC和CAT活性具有协同作用;实验第3天和第6天时,0.2%、0.3%、0.4%暴露组与对照组比较,T-AOC的活性出现了显著性诱导(0.01<p<0.05),CAT活性有所上升,表明受到相同浓度的阿莫西林废水胁迫时,T-AOC的活性变化较为显著,能够较好地反映斑马鱼在阿莫西林废水中所受到的氧化胁迫情况。An exposure experiment was made to study the effect of different concentrations of amoxicillin wastewater on the activities of T-AOC and CAT content in liver tissue of zebrafish carpio.The results show that,when the volume fraction of wastewater is 0.1%,the T-AOC and CAT activities in the zebrafish muscle tissue exhibits"suppression-induction-inhibition"change pattern throughout the experiment,indicating that zebrafish has responded to the stress of amoxicillin wastewater.On the 3th day of experiment,the T-AOC and CAT activities in zebrafish muscle tissue reaches the highest when the wastewater volume fraction is 0.3%,indicating that the maximum volume concentration of amoxicillin wastewater that the zebrafish antioxidant system can withstand is 0.3%.The activities of T-AOC and CAT in zebrafish muscle tissue exhibites"inhibition-induction-inhibition"in the experiment,indicating that the T-AOC and CAT activities have a synergistic effect.On the 3th and 6th day of the experiment,the activity of T-AOC shows a significant induction(0.01<p<0.05)in the exposure group of 0.2%,0.3%and 0.4%compared with the control group,and the activity of CAT increases.When the concentration of amoxicillin wastewater is stressed,the activity of T-AOC changes more significantly,which can better reflect the oxidative stress of zebrafish in amoxicillin wastewater.
