摘　　要：针对9.52mm内螺纹铜管螺纹不均产生的机理进行了深入研究,研究表明螺纹不均主要是旋压环内弧尺寸小、旋压钢球磨损及高速电机动平衡差。提出了相应的防治措施,螺纹不均缺陷得到了有效控制。In this paper,the mechanism of the uneven thread of 9.52 mm inner grooved copper tube is studied.The results show that the uneven thread is mainly caused by the small inner arc size of the spinning ring,the wear of the spinning steel ball and the poor electrical balance of the high-speed motor.The corresponding preventive measures are put forward,and the uneven thread defects are effectively controlled.
