摘　　要：2019年的政府工作报告中指出,全国要扩招下岗工人、农民以及退役军人等100万人。新的形势提出新的挑战。高职院校在管理上的一些问题也慢慢暴露出来。很多高职院校还没有把先进的公共关系理念引入到学校在战略方面的管理应用上。其实对于任何性质的组织来说,组织的盈亏评价不再仅仅是经济成本核算的层面上了,而是要被社会所认同。如何拥有良好的公众形象,在出现危机问题时如何从容应对值得思考。It is stated in Government working report 2009 that 1 million people shall be included in the expand enrollment,including laid-off workers,peasants and decommissioned military personnel.It is new challenge in the new situation.Some problems in the management of higher vocational colleges have been exposed gradually.The advanced concept of public relation has not been introduced into the strategic management and application in many higher vocational colleges.In fact,for any organizations in whatever nature,the evaluation of profit and loss is no longer only economic cost accounting and must be recognized by society.It should be considered how to have a good image in the public and how to deal with confidently any appeared crisis.
