摘　　要：基于遥感生态指数(RSEI)分别对2000、2010和2017年博乐市生态环境进行检测和评估,并基于耦合模型探究2000~2018年经济与生态的耦合协调关系,结合遥感生态环境质量监测图,综合分析得出两者之间的时空变化规律。结果显示:19年间,博乐市生态环境质量不断下降,而经济发展水平呈波动上升趋势;博乐市生态和经济二者的协调性由经济滞后的低水平失调型发展为生态环境滞后的高水平协调型,通过研究表明不合理的产业结构问题在博乐市的可持续发展中较为突出。因此,在后期经济建设中需改变经济增长方式,实现经济社会可持续发展。Based on the remote sensing ecological index(RSEI),the ecological environment of Bole in 2000,2010 and 2017 was tested and evaluated.The coupling relationship between economy and ecology from 2000 to 2018 was investigated based on the coupling model.Considering the remote ecological environmental quality monitoring diagram,the spatial-temporal variation law between economy and ecology was analyzed.The results showed that the quality of the ecological environment in Bole was decreasing among the 19 years,while the level of the economic development was improving.The coordination of ecology and economy in Bole changed from a low level of economic lag to a high level of ecological lag.The problem of the irrational industrial structure was prominent in the sustainable development of Bole.Therefore,it was necessary to change the pattern of the economic growth to accomplish the sustainable development of economy and society in the later stage of the economic construction.
